The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalised orders
Personalisation of keychains and bracelets is possible, with additional costs.
Keychains can have an additional charm added and stamped with name or engraved.
Bracelet charms can be engraved, they are generally too small for stamping.
Colours can be amended to suit your taste, just contact me to discuss.
Processing time
The nominated processing time stated in the listing is the time required to process the items, not the shipping time. Shipping time frames are as suggested in the shipping section of the shop

The standard method of delivery is via Economy Air freight when delivering outside of Australia, through Australia Post
The Australia Post standard postage service is used for orders within Australia
Express delivery is available for both domestic and international, additional fees will apply.
